Play Triple Drop in Skilled Mode or Timed Mode.
To make coloured faces disappear you must line up 3 or more of the same colour either in a diagonal line or horizontal line.
Each disappearing face accounts to points, so the more you get rid of, the more points you will have come the end of the game.
